Return Policy

If customer wants to return any product can do so, within a period of 24 hours, if the order confirmation is pending and no cancellation charges will be processed from customer.

If customer wants to return any product, after 24 hours or once the product has been shipped out and then will process a refund after deducting 15% of invoice value. (Just to compensate the cancellation process – please bear with us).

If customer wants to return any defective, wrong product (Color, ModelNo. Mismatch) which is delievered from us. Then we will replace with correct product.

If customer wants voucher to replace your product, the same would be sent to customer within 24 hours and can use it to purchase any other product on If customer wants the amount back, we will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Credit Card, it may take a few extra days for the funds to be credited to your account.

Following things shall not be Eligible for Returns or Replacement:

  • The Packet seal must be intact. Once unsealed, the product cannot be returned unless for any manufacturing defect.

  • Damages are made due to misuse of product.

  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.

  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed.

  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

How To Make Return:

  • To return items please make a call to our customer care centre at +971502451429 to request a Return Verification number.

  • All returned goods must in “As New” Condition (Include all materials, warranty papers, manual guides and all other accessories).

  • Please mention the reason for return the products.

  • If you have received any Free Gifts with the product that too must be in “As New” Condition without damaging or sealed open.

  • Your request on returning the products will be processed and refund will happen more than 10 days from date of request.
