You can never retrieve the password once forgotten, however you can reset it. To reset, click on Log in on the upper right portion, you will see new customer and registered customers, under registered customer, click on “Forgot your password?” link and enter your email address. Open your email account and click on the reset link and create a new password for your account. 

Purchasing Online

1. Go to www.edubbuy.com.

2. Create an account using My Account on the right side of eDubbuy.com and fill out the necessary information.

3. Once successfully registered, you can search the products you want to purchase.

4. After choosing the products to buy, click “ADD TO CART” then type in the specific address where you want the products to be delivered.

5. Select the mode of payment and click PLACE AN ORDER. 

 Cash against delivery Service available for all order from U.A.E. Customer can also make a Cash/ Credit Card payment directly in our office.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a notification on your email to show the details of the order including the status.

On the product page, there is a picture of the device and on the right is the product information. Above and under the product information, there is button "Add To Cart”.

Click on it and you will be taken to the shopping cart page, you will see the important details of the selected product such as price and description, once reviewed then you can click on go to checkout and proceed to place the order.

Yes, we can arrange a reservation for specific products to be delivered on a specific date. Simply place the order and intimate about the time and delivery date through email Id or phone call. Please note that we are unable to hold items ordered for longer days using Cash Against Delivery options.

No we don’t deliver outside UAE. We may have this service in future.

We offer free delivery all over UAE within City limits.

Yes, you can purchase a gift for your friends and family and we will deliver it to them. You can just mention the address of your loved ones in shipping information while you place an order. So that we can deliver to your loved ones to the corresponding address.

Most orders are delivered within 1-2 working days.

We have partnership with delivery teams of Skycom. We deliver all orders between 9:00am till 6:00pm, Saturdays through Thursdays. 

If you need a delivery outside of these time frames, please speak to one of our customer service representatives to request the same.

Edubbuy is an online store thus we do not have any showroom to display the products. However, for questions about the products, we have a support team who are ready to attend to those inquiries.
