Calvin Klein launched its new fragrance in September 2012 - mysterious, seductive and masculine Encounter. The composition is developed by Firmenich perfumers Honorine Blanc and Pierre Negrin. It opens with aromas of mandarin, cardamom and rum. Pepper, Egyptian jasmine, patchouli and cognac from the perfume’s core, settled on woody nuances of oud, Atlas cedar and musk.
Calvin Klein's men's scent Encounter opens with notes of mandarin orange, cardamom and rum. The heart pairs pepper, Egyptian jasmine and patchouli with a heady cognac accord. The trail blends agarwood (a.k.a. oud wood), Atlas cedar and white musks. Perfumers: Pierre Negrin and Honorine Blanc, Firmenich.
Calvin Klein's Encounter is a seductive and enigmatic scent for men. It offers a contrast between warmth and cool. Together, these opposites express an unapologetic sense of masculinity… the kind possessed by a 'determined man who is sure of himself, (…) who stays in control of his insatiable desire'.
The rectangular and slightly asymmetrical bottle is garbed in an 'intense blue' hue.
